Dave Dobson Has worked with Columbia Rock School and owner Tim France Kelly for over 7 years! Starting with the company back in 2011, Dave started out as the main drum instructor for the school teaching over 30 students a week.

After 4 years, Dave would assume responsibilities as the General Manager of the school. Dave would also take on the role of band director. Prepping many performing acts for Soundcheck Rock Academy events!

Dave also has a history of performing drums and percussion. Touring the nation with his band Agents of the Sun.

Dave and his band Agents of the Sun were signed to the Washington D.C. based record label – dcide records and toured with nationals acts such as:  311, Papa Roach, Unwritten law, Trapt, 3 days Grace and many more.

As of now, Dave writes and records his own original music in his spare time. Dave is also performing drums and percussion in a 90’s rock cover band called “Off The Hook!”

Dave’s Favorite Bands to listen to are Smashing Pumpkins, 311, Police, Big Wreck, STP, and anything Reggae or 80’s new wave.
