Our Adult Band Experience is designed to give our older students at Soundcheck Rock Academy in Columbia MD the opportunity to join a band. The Adult Bands Experience in Columbia MD are for students from 20-70 with either zero experience to advanced level players the experience of joining a band, and rehearse every week. This experience is designed to give our students the real life band experience. Join a band, choose a name, show up to rehearsals, and play in a real show, with all of your friends and family attending. This experience is a fun introduction to how fun music and learning an instrument can be even as you advance in age. The students will have a weekly lesson and a 60 minute band rehearsal. Included in the Headliner Band Experience at Soundcheck Rock Academy in Columbia MD, monthly tuition is access to the school at any time, access to our community shows and special one-off performances, and discounts for workshops and special lessons. We are here for your child to have a warm and friendly safe place where they can pursue their musical journey. The goal of our music school is to create a fun, inviting, and creative atmosphere that can help students create and learn with the help of our whole studio and performance based approach. We want students to learn from each other and our instructors. Learning life skills as they progress towards adulthood and beyond. We build the love of music and exploration, and with this approach the world of music will open.
The staff at Soundcheck Rock Academy in Columbia, MD not only includes active performers, but professional songwriters and session musicians as well. With international artists that have performed as far away as Mexico, Canada, India, Germany, and Europe.
Your Instructors are real professional musicians with real life experience in local and national touring bands. Some also have music and music education degrees. They take their talents and give back to the community. These musicians are here to help you. They are able to take some of the difficulty of learning to play an instrument, play in a band, and are here to guide you to becoming a well rounded musician. They love it. And you inspire them as much as they inspire you.
